What products do you offer?

Decker offers a variety of uniforms, baseballs and softballs, player gear, apparel in either stock or full custom, and training equipment, all designed for the Diamond Athlete.  All products can obtain team discounts for purchases. 

What is the Decker “D2P” program?

The Decker Sports “D2P” program refers to our Direct to Player program.  It provides teams the ability to use our free ProShop or Fanwear services.  Teams purchase uniforms and apparel from a fully customized ProShop and packages are delivered in individual player boxes right to their door.  Contact sales for qualification information.

What is a “ProShop” and how do I get one?

The Decker ProShops are personalized team stores that are provided for teams that qualify.  Pro Shops provide an exclusive experience for baseball and softball teams as they are open for business 24/7/365.  Your shop will never close.  In addition, all stock decorated apparel and gear ships within 5 business days.  For more information, fill out our Team Sales Inquiry

Does Decker offer Full Team Sponsorships/Discounts/Partial Sponsorships?

Please submit a team inquiry to determine sponsorship and discount eligibility to Team Sales Inquiry .

How do I place a Custom Order?

Please e-mail Info@deckersports.com , chat with us below, or you can fill out our Team Sales Inquiry .  A representative will be assigned to reach out within 24 hours. 



Shipping Information

When will my Order Ship?

All orders ship from Omaha, Nebraska 68138.  Decker Sports utilizes both FedEx and USPS for all deliveries.  For international inquiries, please email Info@deckersports.com

-Stock Orders:

All Stock Orders (not customized) placed prior to 1 PM CST, will ship out the same day. 

-Custom Orders:

ProShop (non-uniform) orders will ship within 5 Business days.

For Uniform or Sublimated Apparel, please contact a customer service representative for more information.

Can I change or cancel my Order?

-Stock Orders:

Stock orders can be changed until shipped.  Once shipped, orders must utilize the return process.

-Custom Orders:

Given that Custom Orders are made to specially designed unique specifications, once orders have been approved and deposits are taken, no changes can be made.

How can I check my order status?

You can check your order status anytime by logging into your Account .                                 

Returns and Warranty Information 
 

How do I initiate a return?

We will accept any unused NON-customized items back within 30 days of delivery.  To obtain an RA#, please contact Info@deckersports.com

How can I process an exchange?

If you wish to return or exchange any NON-custom unused stock product, you can do so by obtaining an RA# (return authorization #).  All exchanges will require the exchanged product to be returned prior to completing the exchange.

What is Decker’s Warranty Policy?

All Decker Sports products carry a 30-day warranty.

What forms of Payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, or Mastercard.  We also accept personal checks. We do not accept American Express.  

Does Decker Sports offer Military Discounts?

Yes, with proof of military service, Decker provides a discount for active military personnel.  Please contact customer service for more information.
